This
month's Aggie Spotlight is on Jasmine Watlington!
Jasmine
currently serves as the president of the Greater Los Angeles
Alumni Chapter. Her leadership has been successful in welcoming
new members to the chapter, participating in the Annual Black
College Expo, providing fun and informative meetings, and representing
the Aggies at numerous meetings, events, and networking activities.
Jasmine
Watlington is a 2001 Computer Science graduate of North Carolina
A&T State University. She was born and raised in Chapel
Hill, North Carolina, but relocated to Southern California in
September 2001 to work with The Boeing Company. Reading, music,
sports, and volunteer work are things that Jasmine enjoys during
her leisure time. She is actively involved with the National
Society of Black Engineers, the Boeing Black Employees Association,
the Boeing Technical Diversity Council and she has published
two technical papers which were presented at national and international
conferences. Jasmine was recently accepted into the Masters
of Science program at NYU.
